Returns
We hope you enjoy your Aroma Home product but If you are not satisfied with a purchase you make from this site please contact Customer Service within 14 days to arrange a return authorization. Products must be in brand-new condition when returned. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment before a replacement will be sent out.

Method of Refunds
Aroma Home will issue a refund to the credit/debit card used to make payment. We are only able to process refunds for items purchased on our website. If your item was purchased elsewhere then please contact the supplier directly for assistance.
