Salvia Sclarea (Clary) Oil

Clary Sage is an uplifting and restorative oil, it can be used to calm & relax as well as for feminine hormonal support to balance moods and help to ease abdominal cramps. It is also known to help reduce feelings of anxiety and stress as well having anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.      

Essential Oils can be used in a number of different ways:

Diffuser

Add 3-4 drops of oil to recommended water volume.

Massage Oil

Add to carrier oil for direct skin application.

Facial Steam

Add 2-3 drops to hot water, thoroughly stir your oils into the water, cover your head with a towel and lean your face over the steaming bowl (about 10 inches away). Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose for 1-2 mins, Repeat 2-4 times, as necessary.

Hot Bath

Add 5-10 drops to a table spoon of carrier oil and add to your bath, wait until after you have finished filling the bath and the water has been turned off.

Hot/Cold Compress

Fill a small bowl with water, add 2-5 drops of essential oil. Stir briskly, soak the cloth, wring, and apply.
